Natalie produced and co-hosted NEXTpittsburgh’s weekly podcast with journalist Tony Norman.
Their warm, thoughtful rapport was built over the years spent together in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette newsroom. The award-winning journalists focused on all the news you needed to know – but maybe hadn’t heard about elsewhere, as well as discussions of the state of the media and ways to activate listeners to become engaged with issues that mattered to them. They shared hot takes on local and national issues, politics and pop culture and welcomed a guest each episode to drill down on topics that center justice while illuminating ways to strengthen our communities.

After Hours
Natalie produced and hosted a weekly interview series with local political candidates and thought leaders on Instagram LIVE in partnership with Pittsburgh City Paper from Spring 2021 to present.
Heating Up
"Heating Up" was a digital-first show by socially conscious journalist, media personality and entrepreneur Natalie Bencivenga and climate change activist Leandra Mira. It combined plant-based cooking with conversations around the dining table about environmental activism and social justice. It premiered in August 2021and ran for 10 weeks.
